I am looking for a pharmacy in Lakewood where I can get advice choosing vitamins and supplements. Any recommendations?

Supreme-is a health food store. It is not a pharmacy. They specialize in this stuff, so I shop the when I need vitamins. The man behind the counter was able to help me with brands and dosages. They also deliver-if you want to just call.

I second Supreme Health. I first asked for help with choosing vitamins in a pharmacy, but it was very obvious they didn't really know what they were talking about. Then I went to Supreme and he was very knowledgeable and he helped me choose exactly what I needed.
