Not sure if this is the right place to post this but does anyone have a recipie for gluten free babka?

Instead of gluten flour use a gluten free mix.
I've done that to almost anything..

If u need a good mix lmk. I have one that's great for yeast, or another one without

1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup surghum flour
3/4 cup millet flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes


Combine all ing in a large bowl
Whisk to make sure flours are evenly distributed.
The recipe can b doubled or tripled


Store in a airtight container in the fridge

Don't forget to add the xanthan gum according to the cups u use

What is sourghum flour?
And how much xanthan gum?
