Considering buying and remodeling a house in chicago - west rogers park - but need a good contractor to get a quote or see if it's even doable. Does anyone know of or have experience with a skilled, honest contractor who knows the area? Does not have to be a frum person.

OP, there are a number of excellent frum contractors. I don't want to post numbers in a public forum, but if you'd like to PM me I will be happy to give you names, numbers and other information. They may be slightly more expensive than the one mentioned above, but they are all ehrliche yidden.
