I would whiz pineapple juice and coconut syrup in blender, crush some ice cubes in said concoction, voila!

You can buy Cream of Coconut at the store. It comes in a Coco Lopez can and it is amazing! It is one of the ingredients in a Pina Colada and it has the recipe on the back.
4oz Pineapple Juice, 4oz Cream of coconut, 3oz of Bacardi Rum =Blend all 3 ingredients together & just add crushed ice and serve:) (can add a cherry and umbrella toothpick inside for decor) It's amazingly good, Enjoy!
