I will show it to the doctor but until then what can I do. My dd 2 months old has a bad rash on her neck it's all red. It also could get smelly. Anyone have this? What can I do? When I touch it she screams

Definitely show it to a doctor. It could be a heat rash. Is it mainly in the crease of her neck?
My baby has that and the pediatrician said to moisturize and use cornstarch to prevent irritation. Don't use baby powder - it's dangerous for a baby to breathe it in.

It's probably infected. Your doc will give you a cream. It also could be a yeast infection. When it's cleared up be to sure to keep it clean and DRY!
