I actually recently went on a trip and did not have pajamas... thank goodness my friend was able to lend me an extra large t-shirt.
also it might be a good idea to have longer/short sleeve t-shirts, in case they packed say winter pj's but your home is warmer, or vice versa

I havr two guest rooms with a bathroom in between. I keep.
towels
washcloth
toothbrush
tooth paste
shampoo
soap
conditioner
pads
bedikas cloths
floss
cotton balls
q tips
extra tissues/toilet paper
I have clock and shabbos lamp in wach room
I put in water bottles and some food that isnt so crumbly...chocolate or nuts.
if I can tjink what else I will post

Adding to my list.
I put in some magazines or books to read also.
I have extra pillows and blankets in closets as well as a pack and play.
I also have a set of full size beds in one of the rooms which ppl really like.
