Are there any kosher restaurants available in the Poconos during the summer? I have not been able to find anything online. Thank you.

Como Pizza in Lake Como.

I don't know if it is around this year. We were there last year and the pizza was very good.

any places there where I can rent for cheap over shabbos that is walking distance to a shul with minyan?
