My point is that the recipe works without the sugar. You may need to sweeten to taste. It really depends on what pareve milk you use and how used to dark chocolate you are.

In a double recipe, I prefer it with 4 packets of vanilla sugar, and half coconut milk, half rice milk, neither have sugar added.

Do you know apx how many grams are in 4 packets of vanilla sugar? I'm in the US and make my own but an apx. measurement would be helpful. I'm using all coconut milk and I don't like my chocolate very sweet.

It says 10g in a packet.
