I try to be a good role model, and utilize "teachable moments" to instill care for other people's feelings, other people's property, taking turns, things like that...
And sometimes I feel like I am getting nowhere and just want to bang my head against the wall... or someone else's head...
I'm not really asking for advice, more like commiseration.
***Do you find teaching god values challenging? What do you most want to instill in your kids that doesn't seem to be "sticking" with them?***
My value of choice right now: thinking how comments will affect others *before* making the comment.
What about you?
