Are you able to pack up leftovers from the previous night's dinner?

Do you want sandwich ideas or protein salad ideas?

Will the food be reheated or eaten cold?

I used to make a soup and a simple salad with bread, but it's way to hot for soup....

I've made:
Whole wheat foccia bread
whole wheat pizza
burritos
salad w/ sweet potatoes, eggs, eggplant, tomatoes, pepper

And I'm out of ideas....

Is it for you or for kids?

For myself, I would either make something which kept well or froze well on days when I had time to cook. Or I would deliberately make leftovers of food that made good leftovers.

I use bagged salads and would cut up veggies in individual containers and then make a salad for lunch with chicken breast on top.

But I also like tuna and egg salad sandwiches.

If for kids, what do they like. Is this something they will be bring to school?
