I can't help with providing a job but I am pretty good at giving constructive criticism on resumes. You can contact me and if I have the time I can help with the resume.

Bitachon101, if I understand you right, it sounds like you're looking for two similar-but-different things.

One is for people to be active in recommending jobs to people and people to jobs.

Two is for someone to take the time to teach your husband about things like running a business, but not stam teaching, breaking it down clearly into baby steps.

I don't have any special advice for the first (but thanks for the reminder, because it is an important issue). For the second part - has he considered trying bloggers?

I've had things in my life that I needed extra help learning. Organizing, for example. Most people would just say things like "go through your kids' clothes, see what doesn't fit, and decide what you want to keep and give away," and I'd be like "HOW DO I DECIDE?? HOW COULD I POSSIBLY KNOW???"

Anyway, reading blogs really helped me, because bloggers tend to be enthusiastic about teaching others, available to answer questions, and good at breaking things down. People who don't write or teach often don't really know how to explain how they do what they do. People who are used to teaching, are used to breaking it down into small steps - like explaining exactly how to decide what clothes you don't need, or exactly how to choose a business idea. And when they don't explain clearly enough, again, they're there to answer questions.

Just a thought.
