I made a biggish pot of it and left it out. From about suppertime last night to around 11 this morning. It smells like quinoa to me. Think it's still ok?

Feed it to the chickens
(or, if you don't have chickens, toss it)

Cooked food left at room temp can breed pathogens you can't see or smell -- it's not a waste to throw it out for your health's sake.
If you're a gambler, I'd recommend reheating it to steaming hot to hopefully kill anything that's in there.

I would use food left out overnight as long as it's not a protein. Reheat it well, obviously.
