I live in the USA. Dd is flying to Israel to study there for a year (10 months).

. Unlimited calls to cellphones and landlines in Israel
. Unlimited call to cellphones and landlines in USA
. 4 gig data per month

$236 for 10 months.
They will mail SIM card to her in USA before she travels.

We have already purchased unlocked, 3G compatible, 850/2100 bandwidth cellphone.

Is this a good deal?

You can get a regular Israeli plan from a company like Golan for 59 nis a month.
You pay 49 nis for the sim card and have to cancel it at the end of the year.
You get a little less customer service but 1/2 the price.
