We had used rubber mats installed over about 400 sq ft. in our backyard on top of concrete pavers which were installed under a playground as a protection for the children from falls. Theyre the real thick pavers which are about 2" high. problem is that they shifted and dont look so pretty anymore, theyre also leaving the children black when they come in from playing on them due to the nature of the rubber. Im thinking what the best solution to this would be... Im thinking of laying over a layer of turf on top of that to have it look pretty, avoid the dirst issue and still stay with the rubber protection against falls. Anyone with any advice on this or any other ideas? Something that doesnt need much care, will keep the children safe and clean and give a pretty look...
