Hi,
I have an interesting question and would be very grateful if someone could help me. I usually buy the trans-fat free margarine sticks from either J and J or Mehadrin. I was just going to use margarine sticks that are no longer in the box (I discarded the box), and all it says on the stick is unsalted margarine. It doesn't say anything about being the trans-fat free type. I'm wondering if I accidentally bought the wrong thing, or if this is what the trans-fat free margarine sticks say. Does anyone know?

I just checked on my mehadrin trans fat free margarine. On the sticks it doesn't specify that it is trans free. Enjoy baking!! (I'm relaxing now after a full day of baking....)
