I had an interview for a position a few weeks ago, and I feel that I had at least a 33% chance of getting the job. The hiring manager said she would get back to us--and I don't remember exactly what she said, but she said it would be around Aug. 24th. I didn't hear anything today. What is proper protocol. Do I send out a "feeler" email? or Just wait and see? The suspense is getting to me a little--I don't have my hopes up that I will get the job, but would feel nice knowing SOMETHING.

If you haven't already send a thank you note - it will serve as a reminder and make you stand out from the crowd. Try to include a line about how you know you could ......
