A nice twist on the No Boil Baked Ziti- love this recipe!!!!!!

Cut up a box of mushrooms into small pieces.
Place raw penne noodles into a 9x13 pan. My bag said 500 grams.
Add mushrooms on top of pasta. Add in pesto sauce. I had a smallish jar of store bought pesto and used about half the jar. Sprinkle on salt and some cheese. I just used what I had left which was ¼ of a bag.
Pour milk into the pan to cover the noodles half way and then add water to go almost up to cover the pasta.
Mix and cover well with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour.
Take out, mix and add in more pesto sauce and salt if needed.
Devour!

No I don't sorry. I had a store bought jar of pareve pesto. But any recipe works. It's usually basil, pine nuts or walnuts, cheese, garlic, oil. Google a recipe there are tons.

Have you tried making this parve.
Maybe omitting the cheese, and using soy or almond milk.
Will it still come out creamy?

I think that's the Pesto from osher Ad.

You can try it for sure using another type of milk and no cheese. I think it will still be good.
