Electric slide-in range

A few years ago we bought a Star-K electric oven not realizing that a) the glass-top would cause us major headaches (according to our LOR) and b) the special "self cleaning" mode meant it was not clean according to halachik purposes!

We're looking to buy a new one but I'm having trouble finding what we need. Advice would be appreciated.

a) must be electric (no gas hook-up)
b) coil burners, not glass top
c) self-cleaning (hoping to use it for milk and meat and it's much easier for me--by the way, si there such thing as a slide-in double electric oven? Are double ovens ok to use as milk and meat or do they share too much steam?)
d) we tend to use our electric blech on YT, so can we just skip the whole star-k business or are there other features indicated by being a star-k oven that we don't want to miss?
e) slide-in, not free-standing or wall oven (so it can actually fit in our oven)

Anyone have something like this? TIA for your help!
