Please post your delicious recipes for Chuck Eye Roast, Minute Steak Roast and French Roast. Would like to make this for Yom Tov. Thanks.

Forgot to mention would prefer recipes without wine and not sweet.

Minute roast.
Saute onions and garlic. Rub meat with garlic powder, salt, paprika,
Put roast in pan. Put sautéed onions and garlic on it...around it.
If want to put a splash of dry wine
Cook on 210 degree all night or like 6-7 hours.
Cool and slice
