Hello, can anyone here confirm that the health ministry doesn't allow ring block (subcutaneous injection) anesthetic for Brith milah? We are making aliyah soon and it might (psaq permitting) be a big issue for me. If yes, is there any way to appeal this by citing medical evidence that that is the most effective method? Who determines these things?
Is it reasonably easy to find doctor/mohelim who use anaesthesia and prescribe paracetamol for afterwards?
Thank you and Shabbath shalom!
