I made deli roll last week friday... Had some leftovers so stuck the rest of roll in freezer on Sunday.
Do u think it's still good ? Or would it have spoiled ?

I'm sure it's fine. Won't be as flakey, a bit soggy, but fine.

Thanks for your reply. I want to serve it Tom. Shall I rebake for a few mins today oret it defrost over night

Let it thaw in the fridge overnight.
Heat it through on your heating element tomorrow, uncovered.
