Hi I need a good and ez pancake recipe please

1 3/4 cups milk
2 eggs

Combine these, then add
2 cups flour
1T baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
Pinch of salt

Works well for pancakes and waffles. Also good with whole wheat.

This is my go to recipe. I add a bit of vanilla and some extra sugar too. I use oil instead of butter.

The best recipe I ever made was the one from Spice and Spirit. I can't write down the recipe now, but PM me if you want it!

Haddar has a very good ready pancake they sell in the frozen section in the supermarket it's delicious you warm it up for 5 minutes
