How much data do I need to run the Waze app or other maps app for ten hours each month?

Sorry I can't answer your specific question, but I only have wifi access and what I do is I check with waze before I leave to find out the best route. Of course things can always come up while I'm on the way but it usually is helpful. If you have a longer trip where it is more significant but you don't want to use up all your data, maybe you can just check in every so often and not keep it running online the whole time. Just a thought.

A lot. My husband used wazes to/from work multiple times a week and uses over 5 gb data a month. He doesn't stream anything else on his phone (with the exception of the occasional daf yomi shiur).
