Hi, I am in early pregnancy and feeling pretty horrible...
I will be eating less than a shiur if I need to - anyone know how to measure? TIA

Y rav told me to take bread that fits into a match box - which is around a quarter of a slice .
He said to eat it. Then wait five minutes and if not better to eat that same amount again.
Have an easy and meaningful fast!

I was told fit it into a 1 oz shot glass. Limits what I can eat I guess. Cheese, break a cracker in half...But I was told 9 minutes, not 5.
Be careful with bread... Kzayis you need to bentch and there is a special yaaleh viyavoah.
