Can anyone share an easy, sweet glaze for a corned beef?
I used to have one with brown sugar and mandarin oranges, but I forgot the amounts.
TIA!

I make this every Y"T as my dh loves sweet glazes:
2 T. margarine (I use oil)
1 T. mustard
5 T. ketchup
1 T. Apple cider vinegar
1 C. brown sugar
mix over a low flame until it starts to simmer. Pour over (pre-Boiled) corned beef and bake, covered,@ 300 for 1/2 hour.
Slice when cold to get nice slices.
Freezes well. I freeze gravy separately.
