Which is the best smartphone to get for do as present? He is complaining that his Galaxy keeps freezing. For sprint plan? Which phone do u recommend under 350$

What does he do with good phone mostly? Besides freezing what if biggest complaint?
I just got a Motorola Droid Turbo bc of long battery life. That was important bc my old phone would die before noon.

I would go to a Sprint store. I think the droid Turbo is exclusive to Verizon. Really the ppl at the store will person be able to better advise you.

Also, how old is his phone?
Is it possible current phone just needs a software upgrade? Maybe he's running to many things at once and needs to shut things down completely, hitting exit didn't always mean it's shut down. ...
