Seeking apartment yerushalayim

A friend of mine is looking to move to an apartment in Yerushalayim right after Succos. They have two little kids so they need a lower floor- 2.5 or 3 rooms furnished or unfurnished, preferably up to 4,000 shekel . PLEASE PM ME IF YOU HAVE ANY LEADS. Thanks very much. Gut moed to all.

There are lots of apartments listed on the Ramat eshkol nshei email list each week. If she's interested in that area you can have her sign up for the email. However, I don't think that she'll find something in that price range in the size she's looking for there... Just a lead in case you want to try that.

Yes, Ramat Eshkol is probably beyond her budget. Any neighborhood with a sizeable number of English speakers that's a little lower-priced.

I know of several Anglos in the Katamonim area, mostly near Nishmat and Tzomet Pat. That's the only neighborhood I can think of that might have prices that low and that has at least some Anglos.
