My cookbook is across the ocean from me and I really want yo make this for second days- can s1 please post the recipe?

Apple pie filling:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
Dash ground cinnamon
8 medium Granny Smith apples thinly slice1 9-inch deep dish pre baked pastry pie shell

Crumble topping:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, room temperature
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
