I do not believe in letting a baby cry himself to sleep. And up until now (he just turned 5 months) he would fall asleep by me or my husband patting his back or rocking his crib. (He sleeps on his stomach).
Now that he is getting bigger it is getting harder to just do that! And he is so off schedule from Yom tov. Any ideas? Advice? Support?
I'm really frustrated
Tia!

try to get your hands on the no cry sleep solution book by (I think) elizabeth pantley.
her ideas all take time and patience...but they are no cry.
