We used Mite Buster. Based in NJ but they come to NY. They were nice and normal and treated it well. Good luck!!! You will get through this.

Gosh I don't even remember. Why don't you call them and ask? We lived in an apartment building at the time and the building reimbursed us for some of it.

We had bedbugs that was treated and came back. The next time they sent us a more experienced guy who ripped open the box spring and found them huddling there. We put on plastic protectors and had no further problems. I'm just telling you this because that is a place that can be overlooked.I didn't even wash all the laundry and toys since my exterminator claimed that they stay at their food source. Hope that helps.
