150 Lbs. wasn't bad. Relatively, IIRC. YMMV.
Then there was a book called In the Bag by Kate Klise. (Yes, of Regarding the Fountain fame. The book was in the adult section but seemed more geared to YA.) I also can't say I remember it perfectly.
And I think that's the extent of my chick lit repertoire ;-)

I just discovered georgette Heyer and came here to recommend her. She's like a lighter* and more mischievous Jane Austen.
*by lighter I mean the language isn't as heavy since she wrote in the 1930s-50s

I just read " the beekeepers daughter" by Santa mortifiore. Also recently read the " gilded hour"
Which were both feel good romance books without any real scenes

Let's face it ladies, the main buyers of romance novels are married ladies. Why? Well if I had to hazard a guess Id say that in the novels, the men are heroic. They are noble, chivilrous and brave. They are strong and protective. They rescue the woman and provide for her every need. Unrealistic? Oh yeah. But for many of us (myself included) it's a cheap convenient vacation.
Enjoy it! Even the racy parts. Don't feel the slightest bit of guilt. Me personally, it's either romances or non fiction. I either learn various seforim or I read texts and journals for my profession.
Enjoy romance novels. I can suggest some really exciting authors who write really thrilling romances.

Just a tip--I started checking Goodreads.com to read a bit about books before taking them out from the library (I get ebooks, so this is convenient for me). I can often tell from a few skims of reviews if the book has lots of "scenes" that I'd prefer to skip.

Maeve Binchy is clean in the sense that there are no relations scenes in her books. There's plenty of sleeping around and cheating on spouses and so on though, if that kind of thing will bother you.
