Esa Aynai El Heh Harim....May Ayin Yavo Ezri???
EZRI MAY IM HASHEM
I have found this one really helpful for me. To me, when I am anxious I am looking at life as mountains that I can't climb and I'm feeling totally small, stuck, and helpless.

honestly - what works best for me is calling out to Him in my own language for help, and/or visualizing Him standing next to me and filling me with His strength.

For me it's Yoshev Be'seter Elyon - Psalm 91 when I am afraid or anxious.
It's all about Divine protection.
But also the ones that the other posters cited.

Psalm 23 is my go-to, partly because it hits the spot (gam ki elech begei tzalmavet lo ira ra ki Attah imadi pretty much says it all) and partly because I know it by heart thanks to the Seudah Shlishit melody. Psalm 91 is another goodie, but because it's longer and not set to any melody I know, I don't know it all by heart, need to read it in a book and can't recite it when, say, driving in heavy traffic in a downpour or walking down a scary dark street.

Wow I'm proud of you people that you can actually think of saying tehillim during an anxiety attack. When I have a panic attack all I can think of is that I want to breathe!

And I'm begging Hashem to help me do that, among other things.

This is my Perek for anything. When I'm nervous, when I can't deal with a situation anymore, when I'm lost....
Ezri maim Hashem
There is nothing else to say. I let go and give it to Hashem

Any tehillim!
It is all so poignant, and the act of looking inside and concentrating on the words will help the anxiet pass sooner.
Refuah shelaima and hatzlacha rabba!

The best thing to do during an anxiety attack is focus on your breathing. A good breathing exercise is to breathe in for the count of seven and out for the count of eleven.
