Maybe I'm crazy, but it seems to be that boiling gef fish, for example, heats up the house worse than baking it for the same amount of time.

The only time I notice that the central air doesn't cool down my kitchen is when the milchig & fleishig ovens are both on. Otherwize, I can be cooking on the stove & in the oven & the kitchen is fine.

Both make my kitchen pretty unbearable in this weather, but I think the oven is worse. (I can't wait for winter!! )

What I mean by stove is that the gas burners are lit. For oven, you know, with the door that opens and in goes cake or chicken, or whatever .....

Definitely the oven, the gas doesnt give out to much heat, and the oven is usually on 350-450 which makes my dollhouse real shmaltzy........
