I have a dear friend who is struggling with mental health issues right now. She doesn't sleep, has suacidal thoughts, very depressed, has to force herself to do most things. She has a 19 month old son and is six months pregnant. She has a loving husband who took a month off work to be at home with her. She does have doctors trying to help her out of this as well but the current medications are not working well enough.
She is still feeding her son, bathing him and taking him for walks but she needs ideas for VERY simple meals and activities for her 19 month old. To complicate things more, he doesn't like to wat much more that cereal. He doesn't like meat much.
She probably needs a simple routine where she doesn't need to think much about it because she just doesn't have the strength right now.
Side note, I live in a different country than her so I can't bring her anything or help her with babysitting or anything like that.
Any suggestions? TIA!!!

They love art-dot art, crayons with coloring book, stickers..
cars, trucks, buses...
doll house furniture-even boys
going for a walk with a doll carriage and doll
food wise-
chicken fingers is easy and healthy
frozen pizza
meat sauce and pasta-easy to make and can be frozen (the sauce)
cutlets-can be frozen as well
Refuah shlaima on your friend!
