My toddler is a poor eater. He like yogurt/strawberry smoothies though and could have it as supper daily. I also put in a banana and some avocado for nutrition. Anything else I can put in which won't compromise on the taste? It must be smooth and blend well and not have any pieces lest he won't eat it. Looking for ideas.... Thanks

As long as the taste is fruity my 4 year old likes the ones with greens like spinach or kale.

Flaxseed might be worth a try.
I've heard of putting in raw eggs...you could use pasteurized ones.

oatmeal, blend it first very well then add the fruits.
