I live in the new community in New City. We're really a mix but I'd say mostly modern yeshivish. We all get along and I love how friendly everyone is. There are about 18 families who have moved in in the past year. Do you have any specific questions?

I've been wondering about this area as well. How many frum families are in the area? How close are you to the next frum area, and is it walking distance?
What do homes sell for - in the development and out.

About 25 frum families. About 5 monute drive. Half hour walk to next frum community. No eruv so most of us can't walk.

New city is in rockland county, ny near monsey.
People moving in on average are mid 20s to mid 30s.
