Does anyone have a master shopping list that you run down each week- to make your personalized weekly shopping list?

including fruits & veggies, canned goods, milk products etc.

YES, I know I could write up for myself, however I'm wondering if anyone has one already made that I could use?

TIA

I have one but it's totally based on what my husband and I eat/use. its not on this comp but if anyone is interested I can get it off my ohter comp later.
I use it to make a biweekly list, the master list stays on the fridge, laminated so it can be written on.

CM- you must be super organized............ as the same with all your recipes- I'm assuming you pull them off your computer vs. typing them up each time someone needs one.....?

Thanks very much.

I have a master shopping list that my husband set up for me in Excel. I can always add new things as they come up. I've e-mailed it to some friends as an attachment, but I'm not sure how to do that here. It's very convenient as I just type in the number of items I want, and then click a button and it prints just those items that I need. If anyone is interested in it and could tell me how to do it, I'd be more than happy to share it!

Years ago when we would go to Shop Rite every 2 weeks (yes, we lasted that long, now it's every week at a local supermarket) we had a master list according to the isles. I think we got it from MS word itself. We're talking Windows 98 edition.

We shop local and only buy what we need. I'm not so sure it cost more than "stocking" up and then maybe not liking or using the food.
