Being Scammed from an online company

I called to order flowers for a relative who is dying in hospice care who is a big fan of flowers.
They told me a price and I gave my credit card. 5 minutes later, I get an email with a detailed invoice with $40! of extra charges and fees added on.
I tried to call the company to cancel but they don't pick up the phone when you press the option for existing orders.
I have tried to email them several times to cancel and I finally got a response saying my order has already been sent out . I ordered same day.

I ordered from this company b/c they were the only one who offered same day delivery without charging tons more..

I don't think it's lashon hara because based on their reviews online this is their typical way of acting.

Has anyone had any experience??

Is it ok to dispute the credit card?
Is it standard to add on a :
Honorary Tribute $3 (I didn't decline to get a certificate, it also was not mentioned!)
Transaction Fee $15
Sales Fee $5.25
Handling Fee $1.99
Shipping Fee $15 in addition to the the charge they told me would be for rush shipping

Definitely planning on disputing..
It's really a horrible thing, to cheat people in this type of situation.
The person on the phone knew she was delivering to a hospice.
We are sitting here making repeat travel arrangement and not sure if we will make it to be back for the end and wasting time being busy on the phone about flowers was on my agenda. Crying
