What does erev shabbos mincha consist of? When I looked in siddurrim it didn't shown me the full tefilah. Recently I heard that mincha erev shabbos is the most important tefilah of the week. Can anyone help me?

On Erev Shabbat, a regular weekday mincha is said, omitting tachanun. Even if you don't have mincha in your siddur, say ashrei, weekday shmoneh esrei (replacing sim shalom with shalom rav if your minhag does that at mincha) and aleinu.
