My 10 year old constantly passes gas, loud.
Sorry for TMI but I'm going crazy.
I don't want other kids making fun of him and besides, it's disgusting.
Advice please?

It matters whether he is unable or unwilling to control it. If he is just doing it because he doesn't care or thinks it's funny, that's one thing - you'll have to talk to him more about manners. But if he is very gassy and has no control, start with talking to his doctor about it.

He may be constipated. When my little kids did that I encouraged them to sit on the toilet for a bit.
Try adding more fiber in his diet. An apple every day is an easy fix. If that doesn't work talk to your dr.

Op here.
It seems to me like he has no control bec I keep telling him it isn't nice and he feels bad when he does it.
I have a feeling it comes from keeping a BM in, he's lazy to go sometimes.
I can't make him sit, he's a big boy.

How can anyone pass or not pass gas voluntarily? It's not his fault.
If he feels bad about it as you say, he should be more motivated to reduce the problem by using the toilet regularly and eating/not eating foods which seem to have an effect. Talk to his doctor for advice.
