Can you recommend a good book that teaches self care skills?

Self care in what way? Do you mean physically, emotionally, or something different? Is there a specific reason you are looking for help in self care?

You need hobbies and interests that you dedicate time to weekly. Play an instrument, read a book, invest in whatever is important to you and make that time sacrosanct. Rituals help. (before I eat... I will.... before I sleep I will... put an alarm to remind you and don't give in to immediate urges or alternative demands)
