We're extra Machmir. We wait until Pesach cleaning to put it away

I've heard that you should wait at least until chatzos. Cuz today is still chanukah.

The rule is you aren't allowed to put away the oil and wicks until you loose the weight from the oliy latkes

In that case, I'm afraid it will be out for a long time.... Maybe even until next Chanuka

As a person who puts licht-benchen money in the pushke Motzaei Shabbos for NEXT Shabbos (I wouldn't want to forget or find I have no cash on hand), I was ready to put the menorah and the decorations away last night. However, today was still Chanuka, so tonight's the night.
The "halacha" I heard was that you can't start Pesach cleaning till the menorah is put away...at least according to that OTHER holiday that starts with P!
