Has anyone used a weighted hula hoop for exercise- was thinking of purchasing one, but want to make sure I am not just getting into sucked into something that doesn't really do much. If you have- which one did you purchase.

I have a three pound weighted hula hoop. I got it as a teenager and my mother didn't think the five pound hula hoop was healthy. I got it from ebay. it came in a box and the set up was relatively easy. I used it every day for ten minutes, twice a day. I also held weights in my hands while hula hooping. it tones your waistline very well. I look forward to continuing after I recover from having a baby.
