can anyone tell me about this high school. what type of girls go there, how high is the level of learning, is it a warm school, how big are the classes.

Regular BY type.
High level of learning.
Warm school-girls love it.
Big classes-as in every HS in Lakewood.

Probably the hardest high school to get into unless you have pull. Also the biggest - most number of classes and most number of girls per class.

The principal was my high school teacher (not in Lakewood) and we loved her. She's really amazing, forms connections with girls, and understands today's girls really well. I think she is behind what people love in the school.

I don't send my girls to BY because my oldest needed a school with less pressure and less intense academics, and we couldn't switch my next daughter after we sent elsewhere. I would have sent her if I had the option (though I'm happy with the school I'm in.)
