I am looking for a hat rack (for men's black hats) that can be hung on a wall. I've seen free standing ones in shuls, but I'd like to hang something like this on a mudroom wall. I've Googled for it and haven't found what I'm looking for. Is anyone familiar with something like this?

my parents installed individual hooks on their wall for this. that may be a better bet than hat hooks, those are not necessarily meant for hats with full brims.

It sounds like I was not clear enough as to what I am looking for. I do not want hooks or a rack of hook like knobs. The males here claim that those distort the shape of the hats.
I am looking for something like this:
Counter hat rack
but which could be hung on a wall.
It don't know if that would even be possible because of the shape of the wires used for each hat.

That is a lot closer to what I want, but it still won't hold the hat shapes as well as the kind I linked to (with the curved wire design).

Google wire hat wall display. There are some individual options.

I did exactly that, but didn't find what I was looking for.

Thanks -- I don't need it so quickly (its for my new house which won't be done until at least April), but I appreciate the wishes!

Thanks, but your link is broken -- can you just paste the link text?

Interesting. I'm not sure how the hats sit though -- if its on the round disc, then it doesn't preserve the shape. It doesn't look the wires would properly support the hats as I'm looking for, but thanks for the info.

I've been following this thread because I'm in dire need of a hatrack. I've returned the last hanger that was imaged here because there isn't sufficient distance for the brim. I need at a minimum 3.5 inches for the brim. I tried a vertical holder but in order to use it I would need to have an empty slot between each hat.
Who would think that a hat holder would be so problematic.

unique and you can put up several in a row ... |
Nice -- problem is that I need space for at least 10-12 hats and I don't see buying & hanging so many of this.

Maybe you could just do cubbies that are large enough to fit a hat.

The hat owners don't like their hats to sit on a shelf -- it distorts the brim or squashes the crown. Otherwise, I'd just have a shelf for them.
