If you are getting sick of paying outrageous prices on homes and even more for taxes in big cities like Chicago, NYC, Baltimore and Lakewood come check out South Bend, In at www.cdisouthbend.com to learn more about our growing Torah Community!

We have 3 bedroom homes for around 100k with taxes at 1k a year and State Tuition Vouchers just to name a few things!

We are a growing Torah Community with 100+ frum families. With about half being young couples in their late 20's and 30's. We have an Eruv, two Shuls, a dayschool, Bais Yaakov High School, Kosher Store, Kollel, and community Mikvah. The South Bend Hebrew Day School -Torah Umesorah school with all Yeshiva trained Rebbaim etc, currently has 150+ students and is growing and has State Tuition vouchers to make it very affordable. B"H we are a gem in the Midwest waiting to be found! We are only 2 hours from Chicago, 3.5 from Detroit and 4 from Cleveland too!

Feel free to check us out at www.cdisouthbend.com to learn more!

We currently do not have any Chabad families or a Chabad house in South Bend, IN the Midwest Torah Center B"H does an amazing amount of Kiruv and since we are a small town with only about 5k Jewish and a lot are affiliated the need is B"H filled!

South Bend is a about a 12 hour drive from NY or there are direct flights that take 2 hours from Newark to South Bend on United.

When it comes to the Voucher program in South Bend it depends on a lot of factors, but I can tell you that the current max full tuition at the day school ranges from 3850 in preschool to 5,700 a year and that does not include any vouchers or scholarships, so already it is much much cheaper than other areas to start. If you would like to learn more feel free to e-mail me at michallgoldman@gmail.com or check out our website www.cdisouthbend.com.

B"H we have a wide range of families living in South Bend. There are about 100 families in South Bend and a group are from 28-38 another group 38-48 and others 48-58 and so on.

You would not be the only family in that age range at all.

Feel free to check out our website at www.cdisouthbend.com to learn more or e-mail me directly at michallgoldman@gmail.com.
