He talks so fast, all I can hear is the last word "Yoter", and then it beeps like a busy signal. Is he telling me the line is busy? Is her phone off? Is her phone not working? Sometimes it's a woman's voice, and then I can leave a message, so I'm assuming she's telling me the caller's unavailable, leave a message at the tone. But when the guy talks, I can't leave a message, and I don't have a clue what he's trying to tell me! Israeli amothers - help!

Its probably one of two things: Either the phone out of range so it may not have any service or possibly that the machine is full.
