Place a head of garlic peeled in bottom of pan. Place chicken skin side down in pan (bottoms work best) cover tightly. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake 375 for 3 hours. It does have fat but you can skin and it has no sugar. The skin carmalizes in a garlic sauce. Chicken falls off the bone and is delish!

A few questions:
Does this work with skinned chicken?
Can I use the frozen garlic cubes?
Thanks!

Honey - Lemon Herb. You can make it less sweet.
Either:
4 pieces chicken
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Honey
thyme
garlic
salt & pepper
OR (much sweeter)
1 Chicken
4 1/3 teaspoons honey
2 1/3 teaspoons Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
3 Sprigs Rosemany
3 Cloves Garlic
4 wedges lemon
A similar idea is

I wouldn't. I think the chicken would get dried out because there's no sauce with this. And the garlic cubes might give garlic flavor but the point here is that the garlic gets roasted with the chicken.
