I am looking for ways to prepare pargiot (boneless, skinless chicken thighs) - baked, cooked or grilled.

sprinkle with pereg shwarma spice, cook in a pan until done, flipping halfway. I dislike chicken breast done this way, but these were delicious.

I also made them into schnitzle which my kids seemed to like, although I didn't taste them.

I recently marinated pargiot in soy sauce and terreyaki sauce, then I grilled them they were delicious!
A lot of times when I want a one pot dinner I take peeled and cubed potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots and onions all in one big pot with the pargiot, season with salt, garlic, pepper, paprika....
It comes out like a stew and it's heavenly! I even like to make it in the crock pot.
Another way is the stuff them with rice!

Cuffs, how long do you cook it for? Is there any liquid in the pot?

So in the crockpot it's the easiest cuz I don't have to touch it, for some reason it gets its own liquid....
In the pot I really have to watch it and keep mixing so the bottom won't burn.
I'm remembering now that sometimes I add sweet chili or sweet and sour duck sauce. But just a few tablespoons not more.

This is so simple, I don't know why I'm posting. I smear a thin layer of mayo over the chicken then dip in breadcrumbs ( I make my own - not very fine) mixed with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, paprika and a bit of sugar. Bake uncovered for at least an hour.

Stuffed skinless boneless chicken thighs
1 pargiot per person
1 lb minced chicken or turkey
3-4 bunch salad onion (scallion , finely chopped
1/4 cup water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
2-3 dried mushrooms (shiitake or cep), crumbled
1 teaspoon potato starch
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
fresh grated garlic, salt and pepper to taste

Flatten pargiot. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place pargiot smooth side facing down. Place about 2tbsp heapful mince along the center and make roll style parcel. In an oven proof casserole, place pargiot parcels with the seam side down. Pour 1/4 cup dry white wine or orange juice. Bake 180 c for 30 -40 min til cooked through.

I like my baby chicken simple. I put in a bowl and drizzle with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a drop of lemon juice. You can add herbs if you like, like parsley or basil, but I don't always bother.

Grill for about 5-6 minutes per side.
