PRIMA Fish Seasoning has Yellow Food coloring!

I go out of my way to buy Organic Salmon, only to notice that I was thinking of using PRIMA Fish Seasoning, that has yellow food coloring (FD&C Yellow). I checked the ingredients because it looked a little too colorful. What a surprise! So many delicious seasonings they can use, and they have to ruin it with unhealthy coloring!

And if thats not enough, the first ingredient listed is salt, meaning theres lots of it, proportionately.

If I want to load my foods up with salt, I can use salt!

How disappointing!

Glad you looked at the label.
When watching your food intake, always use whole spices and not spice mixes. I make my own mixes.
Prima actually sells really fresh spices without additives and I love them but I don't usually buy mixes.
